Eric Vincent is the Chief Executive Officer of The Electrum Group LLC. Eric previously served as President of Ospraie Management, which he grew from $1B to over $9B AUM. From 2007 to 2009, Eric was Chairman of the Board of the Managed Funds Association, where he was an industry liaison to Treasury, Fed, SEC, CFTC and Congressional representatives focused on regulatory oversight. Prior to joining Ospraie, Eric was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of RHG Capital. Eric also served on the Global Markets Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and of the Investor Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Eric holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Williams College.

With 20+ years of experience in strategy and transformation, operations excellence, and risk management, Sumit Malhotra is Principal of Management Consulting at KPMG LLP. Prior to KPMG, he was a Partner in the Strategy & Analytics Practice and member of the Senior Leadership Team at IBM. Sumit advises COO, CDOs and CROs and other business executives of global financial institutions on strategy and implementation of front, middle and back office transformation, risk management & compliance programs, information governance and management, and technology solutions. Sumit has also held leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates, MasterCard Inc. and Deloitte.
Jay Dweck is the CTO & Head of Rates and Currency Trading at Arxis Capital Group. Prior to Arxis, Jay was Managing Director and Global Head of Strategies & Technology for the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) at Morgan Stanley. Other previous roles include Head of Core Strategies (then Equities Strategies) for the Global Strategies Group at Goldman Sachs, Chief Technology Officer for Fixed Income, Equities and Financing Strategies at Goldman Sachs, President of 100% Software Solutions and President of JSD Simulation Service Company. Jay earned BS, MS and Eng degrees in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Math from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Virginia Gambale is a Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, which she founded in 2003. At Azimuth, Virginia is an investor and advisor, developing growth strategies, business partnerships and orchestrating successful exits for global technology and business service firms. Virginia has been on over 20 public and private boards including: JetBlue, Motive, Workbrain, Synchronoss Technologies, and IQ Financial. Virginia currently serves as a Director for JetBlue, Piper Jaffray and three other private companies. She has also previously held senior management positions at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Virginia earned a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science with a minor in Business from the New York Institute of Technology.
